Spring Break Yoga Retreat in Nicaragua

April 2nd - 7th at the Buena Vista Surf Camp Eco-lodge
Retreat limited to 15 guests.

Buena Vista means Good View in Español and that's what you'll get from the yoga platform at this small and beautiful eco-lodge situated in the forest at the edge of the beach in Nicaragua.  This is a place for people who want something different – to stay in a private cabaña amongst the trees, share family-style meals , watch the stars from the deck in the treetops, and stroll five minutes to pristine beaches where you can learn to surf if you're interested.  With a yoga class every morning and evening you'll soon re-set your daily rhythm to be more in tune with your natural surroundings.  Your time may also include an excursion to a neighboring town, a volcanic lake, a local market and a natural park or activities such as horse back riding which you may choose.

Prices will range from $700-$950 depending on # of people per cabana and will include 5 nights stay, 5 breakfasts, 5 dinners, daily yoga classes and yoga workshops based on participant interest.

108 Sun Salutations Benefit for Cayuga Lake

at the First Annual Ithaca Reggae Festival was on Saturday, June 24th, 2017 at Stewart Park and was an amazing time!
108 Sun Salutations in a row!  Water is Life! We tested our endurance and offered our practice up for a good cause.  This year's Sun Salutations were part of a community-wide day of celebration and education about Cayuga Lake.  The Sun Salutations were accompanied by musicians from the One Love Chant band and followed by several local and legendary reggae bands!  Organized by our partner Yoga for the Earth project.   We can't wait for next year!
