Partner Yoga Playtime
Sunday, June 9th, 2-3:30 pm at Mighty Yoga
Come solo or with a human partner (sorry puppies!)
Starfish, Folded Leaf, Double Dog. These are some of the poses we explore in this playful partner yoga workshop. Working with another person (friend, life partner, or stranger) can support you to get into new poses and/or more deeply into poses you already know. Some poses will feel like a good massage, others will challenge your balance and many will likely make you laugh. This workshop is best for people who have had some exposure to yoga. Thanks to the famous Dave the Dachshund for posing with me in this photo!

Salutations start at 10am, registration required.
Come participate in an annual and globally celebrated tradition in which we practice 108 Sun Salutations on the Summer Solstice and the International Day of Yoga (well, one day afterwards this year). You do not have to do all 108 salutations. Together we will move through them, to the sounds of the One Love Band and in the beautiful setting of the Yoga Farm. One Day of Yoga is a benefit to raise funds for the Radiant Living School at the Yoga Farm which has big visions of expansion which will benefit us all. Additional workshops will be held, including a nature hike and outdoor meditation which I am planning to lead.
